Indra Basti marma
In vedic sciences indra means the controller or god of water similarly in ayurveda indra basti is the point which monitors water related diseases such increased frequency of urine, b.p.h, excessive sweating, etc.
In vedic sciences indra devta is known as god of water which is leader of all the gods. All the diseases related to water ( problems related to urinary bladder, uterus, kidneys can be monitored by Indra Basti). It is recommended for people of 4-5 decades so that the frequency of the urine can be controlled by stimulating the marma point.
