Manibandh marma
Whenever we are in tension we unintentionally hold our wrist joint because our body knows that there is a specific marma at this joint i.e manibandh marma and its stimulation provides us relief from mental stress.
Manibandh marma point is located at the wrist joint which is used to regulate mental disorders and stress levels. It is stimulated by holding the wrist of one hand with middle finger and thumb of other hand. Then rotated your hand in clockwise and anticlockwise by holding it normally for 15-18 times. It should be done on both hands.
